State privacy rights
Depending on your state and whether a law applies to FriendlySpeaking, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and appeal a denied request.
Sales, sharing and targeted advertising
FriendlySpeaking does not currently use advertising technologies or sell personal information. Child profile information is not used for targeted advertising.
Children
Children cannot create accounts or message through the service. A parent controls any child profile. Final procedures for any legally required verifiable parental consent must be approved before launch and are not represented by the current signup checkbox.
