• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are the parent or legal guardian of each child whose information you provide, or you are otherwise legally authorized to provide it.
• You have read and understood the Privacy Policy and the Children's Privacy Notice for Parents.
• The information you provide is accurate, and you will keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for supervising your own children at all times.
• You understand that matching is a suggestion, not a safety guarantee.
• You understand that you make the final decision about every introduction and every meeting.

• Children never hold accounts and never contact each other through this service.
• Exact locations, addresses and schools are never publicly displayed.
• An introduction only opens a conversation when both parents agree.
• Children's information is never sold and never used for targeted advertising.
• You can review, correct or hide family information, delete child profiles, deactivate your account and submit privacy requests.

FriendlySpeaking does not perform background, criminal, child-abuse registry, sex-offender, phone or identity checks. An authenticated email is not an endorsement of a person's identity or character. We are not an emergency service.

When you agree, we record your account, the consent type, the policy version, the date and time, the consent method, your jurisdiction and the child profile the consent relates to. You may submit a consent-withdrawal request through the contact page.
